Mary Ellen Bailey of Loranger, Louisiana passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021, at the age of 76. She was born on Tuesday, January 23, 1945, in Loranger, Louisiana. Mary fought the good fight, she has finished the race and she has kept the faith. She will be missed for all her love and generosity.
Mary is survived by her siblings, Evelyn Gatlin, Carroll Bailey, Carter Bailey, Charles Bailey, Glenda McLain, Dale Bailey, and Agnes Cardinale; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mary was previously employed by S&W Wholesale Foods where the staff and customers were her extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Corrie David and Ella Mae Stevens Bailey; and siblings, Norma Jean Kuhn and Rovella Kelly.
Visitation for Family and Friends will be on Sunday, June 13, 2021 from 12:00 pm until the Funeral Service begins at 2:00 pm at Harry McKneely and Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, La.70401.
Interment will follow at Joiner Cemetery in Loranger, Louisiana.
