Linda was born February 4, 1950, in New Orleans to the late Hubert Mitchel Stephens and Dorothy Rolle Stephens and passed away March 26, 2021, in Covington at the age of 71. She was a resident of Loranger. Linda is survived by her husband of 52 years, Peter B. Moore; children, Stephanie Moore Jones (Charles), Robert Moore, Sr. (Cindy) and Connye Bauer-Ingram (Timothy); sister, Mary Powe (Charles); sister-in-law, Karin Moore; eight grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceeded in death by her brothers, Wayne Hamilton Stephens and Michael Claude Stephens. After graduating from Cabrini High School in New Orleans, Linda received an Associate’s degree. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and crossword puzzles. A private Mass will be held at a later date.
