John Jason Fuscia lost his battle with cancer on Thursday, June 24, 2021, in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, at the age of 46. He was born on Thursday, April 3, 1975 in Hammond, Louisiana to J.P Ballard and Marie Fuscia. He was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
John is survived by his devoted mother, Marie Fuscia.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Oliver and Katie Fuscia; his dad, J.P. Ballard.
