Bruce Kyzar , of Kentwood, Louisiana, passed away at St. Tammany Parish Hospital on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at the age of 72. He was born on Thursday, September 9, 1948, in Hammond, Louisiana.
He was a retired Cattleman, Dairyman, and small business owner. Bruce was a hard worker setting a strong work ethic in Darren and Derrek. He always took care of others, often in an anonymous way, to make life better for someone without expecting thanks is the true measure of a man. He loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting and being in nature. And he really loved cows!
Earl is survived by his son & daughter-in-law, Darren and Kay Kyzar, son, Derrek Kyzar, girlfriend, Shirley Estess, grandson and wife, Blayne and Debbie Kyzar, grandson, Dylan Kyzar, grandchild, Libby Kaye, great-grandson, Brantley, step-daughter, Hailey Smith, niece, Andria Espino.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Estelle Martin Kyzar, sister, Sharon Espino.
Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home - Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401 on Monday, August 23, 2021 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will be held at Funeral Home Chapel - Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd., Hammond, Louisiana on Monday at 1:00 pm.
Interment will follow at the Kyzar Family Cemetery.
