Ann Patricia Scharf Jardot, age 89,passed away on July 31, 2022, after a long illness.
Born in Maspeth, New York, Ann lived in Algiers for 32 years where she worked as a Trust Officer for the Bank of New Orleans and the First National Bank of Commerce. Upon retirement, Ann resided in Mandeville for the past 21 years where she was a volunteer at the Lakeview Regional Medical Center as well as a member of the altar society of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church.
Ann was predeceased by her beloved husband David Louis Jardot; parents Florence and Berthold Scharf; Sister Joan Teemsma; Brothers Walter and Edward Scharf; Brother-in-law Lester Teemsma; Sister-in-law Dorothy Scharf; and longtime friend Russel James Landry.
Ann is survived by her son David, his wife Kerry; daughters Catherine, her husband Keith, and Elizabeth, her husband Jack; 4 grandchildren, Meghan, Lauren, Lindsey, and David; plus 1 great grandson Owen, as well as her many nephews and nieces. All of which she loved deeply.
