Ann “Annie” Palazzotto Wallace, 90 years old of Hammond, died Saturday, January 15, 2022, surrounded by her family. She was born on December 7,

1931, in Independence, daughter of the late Virginia Margo Palazzotto and Sam Palazzotto.

Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Louis T. Wallace; son, Samuel Wallace; son-in-law, Tony Glorioso; 6 sisters, Rose Monistere, Josie

Gagliano, Mary Campise, Frances Crapanzano, Jennie Scalia, Josie Nicolosi, an infant sister; 3 brothers, Vincent Palazzotto, Joe Palazzotto,

Johnny Palazzotto.

Ann is survived by her 6 children, Gail (late Tony) Glorioso, Glenn (Pam) Wallace, Wanda (Mark) Enright, Mark “Ace” Wallace, Brian (Michele)

Wallace, Douglas (Thelma) Wallace and Daughter- in-law Janet (late Samuel) Wallace; 16 grandchildren, Steven (Mary) Wallace, Scott (Kelley)

Wallace, Stephanie (Isaac) Veron, Sherri (David) Kellum, Michelle (Chad) Marques, Crissy (CJ) Arcement, Justin Wallace, Laura Wallace, Mark (Amy) Enright, Tracey Enright, Kaitlin (Madeline) Wallace, Miles Wallace, Kimberly (Tito) Rydinsky, Kevin (Gracyn) Wallace, Amanda (Rip) Owens, Ashley (Ryan) Mayers; 24 great-grandchildren; 2 great great-grandsons; and many nieces and nephews.

Ann lived on Fire Station Rd in Natalbany for many years where she was blessed to be surrounded by so many great neighbors whom she loved just

like family. She spent many years volunteering at North Oaks Medical Center.

The family would like to extend a special note of thanks to the staff of Landmark Nursing Center of Hammond, Ann’s home for the last 4 years.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely and Son Funeral Home in Hammond, 2000 N Morrison Boulevard,

Hammond, LA 70401, on Friday, January 21, 2022, from 8:30 am – 10:30 am. Services will continue at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 600 N Oak St, Hammond, LA 70401 at 11:00 am.
